Deniz Kilic brings an engineer’s precision to the practice of law. Before becoming an attorney, he spent nearly a decade as a civil engineer — designing public infrastructure, managing land development projects for national commercial developers, and investigating the causes of building failures. That background gives him a practical, detail-oriented approach to every matter, and an uncommon understanding of how property, construction, and development actually work.

Since being licensed in Texas in 2021, Deniz has built a practice that spans transactions and the courtroom.

Purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, easements, commercial leases, construction and development loans, and 1031 exchanges for homebuilders, investors, and commercial clients — plus title review, due diligence, and closings.
Business & Contracts
Forming companies for entrepreneurs and investors, drafting operating agreements, and negotiating contracts — including employment agreements for physicians.
Litigation
Lead and second-chair counsel in jury trials, more than 300 depositions, and more than 50 mediations in civil matters.
Today, Kilic Law serves individuals, families, and businesses across Collin, Dallas, Tarrant, and Denton Counties in family law, business law, real estate, contracts, and wills, trusts, and probate. Deniz is a native Turkish speaker and offers consultations in both English and Turkish.
